Calling all Paleo diet and crossfit adventurers who want to share their success and learn from others. We can do recipe sharing, pot lucks, visit farms with pastured animals, share exercise successes, just rub elbows. The meetup can be whatever we want it to be. This is currently a void in Fredericksburg region.
This DC Metro group meets regularly to discuss our successes, our struggles, answer any questions people may have and participate in a community of like-minded friends. We will also hold ad-hoc potluck meet-ups, picnics in the park, local farm visits and who knows what else. Let's get together and discuss the challenges and rewards of the gluten-free, grain-free life. We'll share information and recipes for a Paleo-style diet, including grass-fed beef and good fats. We'll spend some time on techniques for stress reduction and increased peace of mind/stomach. The organizer is a musician and energy healer; and sound healing and movement will be included as part of the recipe for meetings.
